Today, we made a special dinner and enjoyed it outside. It was gorgeous here in Washington, I actually got a little bit of a sunburn! All these recipes were home-made so if you want me to share, just ask! (we sort of love talking about food.)
The table was set with some old lace, a remnant from one of my grandma's old tablecloths.
Spicy Cilantro Quinoa
Bean and Corn Summer Salad.
Josh cooked the Salmon and then we covered it with a Lemon Garlic puree. A little avocado on the side, because, why not? We looooove avocado. We'd eat it every day if we could.
